South Hall

Full Facility
Hosting a very large event, or need separate areas for different activities? Rent the entire facility at Corvallis Odd Fellows Hall and Event Center for your next event! Our spacious venue includes a beautiful ballroom, smaller dance/dining hall, commercial kitchen, and conference room.
For an additional fee, our small commercial kitchen is available, allowing you to cater your event just the way you want it. This setup is ideal for conferences with breakout groups or for creating multiple staging areas for your extravaganza. Elevate your gathering and make lasting memories in our welcoming space!
Make it stand out
Continual Rentals
Continual rentals receive a deep discount on the rental rates based on the frequency of use. For renters who use the hall roughly 6 hours a month or at least once a week, the rate is between $25-35/hr based on the hall, the day, and the time of the event. Continual renters who rent monthly but don’t reach the threshold for the lower rent can still receive a reduced rent based on day and time.
It is important to note that continual renters do receive a 45 day minimum notice when a special event has requested use of the hall that will conflicts with the continual renter’s event. For an increased fee, the continual renter may keep the date, or the renter may choose to allow the special event to “bump” them and choose a different day or time to make up their event. As such, if a continual renter has an event scheduled for more than 45 days in advance, it is not guaranteed at the reduced rental rate.
Continual renters additionally have added responsibilities that help lower the cost which include increased cleaning expectations and limits on going outside the agreed upon times of the rental. The hall is a community and we expect each renter to respect the other renters and their attendees. If you are interested in renting the hall on a continual basis, please contact the building manager to arrange a meeting to tour the hall and discuss availability.
